As well she earned the Broderick Award given to the top women's basketball player in the Nation. Earning the nickname "Lady Magic" after Magic Johnson, she quickly became noted as one of the best players on the planet. After college Nancy played in many different leagues with many different teams and was elected in the basketball Hall of Fame.
