CollectibleXchange will accept a return, comparable exchange or refund only if your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item.
Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 7 days from the date your shipment was delivered. A claim may require inspection by the carrier; therefore, all original packaging materials and boxes must be kept as received in order to ensure the claim is processed.
If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or is the wrong item, please follow the below steps:
- Please contact our customer service department at (number to follow) for your Return Authorization (RA) number. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Label your box as provided below and include your Return Authorization number on the label:

- All items related to the collectible you are returning must also be returned, including letters/certificates of authenticity, etc.
- Ship your collectible via a reputable shipping carrier that provides tracking updates. We suggest insuring the shipment in the event that the item is lost in transit. You are responsible for the order until it arrives at our corporate office.
