Send-In Instructions: If you are Sending in an item to be both signed and inscribed, select the appropriate item from the dropdown menu, add it to cart, then select continue shopping, select inscription from the dropdown menu and add it to cart. Then proceed to checkout, add inscription/personalization to the notes field. It's the players discretion on what inscriptions they would add or not. If applicable add tape to the area you want the autograph and or inscription on or add a note to the shipment which includes pen color.
