1968 Topps Baseball Card Rack Packs Factory Sealed - Lou Brock on Top

We recently purchased a large Vintage Wax and Rak Collection on the East Coast. Within the collection was this rack pack with Johnny Bench on Top. I am going to make this 100% clear to all parties interested in this item. This pack was re-manufactured after 1968 by some unscrupulous individual. This pack has and will fail again BBCE or PSA Authentication. It is being listed as-is above. When looking at this pack everything appears to be completely normal. Header, Chambers and Series. But when compared to uncut sheets the sequencing is incorrect, along with the plastic being a slightly lesser grade of plastic then Topps used. All in all. This pack is not real. What it is, is a 1968 Topps Pack with several cards that have not been circulated in some time and the possibilities of whatever is possible. It is also a collectors item, if you are in the market for a low end version of a sealed Lou Brock Pack.
